Death by format:
1 air squat
1 push-up
1 sit-up
*For every round completed, add 1 rep to each movement. Example: 1st round is 1 rep of each movement, 2nd round is 2 reps, 3rd round is 3 reps… Etc.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes!
