  1. Hi, can I get some information on classes? Class sizes, levels, etc.

    Is the 5:30am class generally super busy?

    I did cross fit in Fort Scott briefly but that’s no longer an option.

    I recently had a baby so I would basically need to start over.

    1. Hi Kristyn! We accommodate all levels in our classes, from beginner to advanced. Due to the recent closure a lot of us will be starting over so it’s a great time to get started!

      5:30am is usually one top two busy classes but we do have plenty of room. I would be happy to answer more of your questions or if needed, do an initial consultation in person to help you get started. Feel free to email or call:
